Describe the issue
Related to the new CKV2_AWS_74.

The recent change introduced in #7108 did not include a number of security policies. For instance, ELBSecurityPolicy-TLS13-1-2-Ext2-2021-06 is missing. Please ensure that the appropriate policies from AWS SSL Policies are included.

Examples
ELBSecurityPolicy-TLS13-1-2-Ext2-2021-06 fails. Some of the ones allowed are not providing strong ciphers.
