Versioning issues with autoconf

Hi @benmcollins ,
Sorry for being a bother but I ran into another issue.

I did move a newer version of m4 but that caused issues with glibc version and its become a mess so had to revert. I am using 2.1.2. Is their an older version of libjwt that would help me get past these errors.
My build system:
Linux yocto dunfell (3.1.11)
kernel version : 5.15

Please dont close this ticket. I will close it myself the libjwt library is ready.

Apparently you need m4 1.4.13. This is going to be the case no matter what.

However, I've added a release tarball to the v2.1.2 release that has the autoconf stuff already generated, so you wont have to run autoreconf yourself:

I have also used a workaround, on Friday i built the package on rpi and moved the build libraries to my device.
