Investigate logging transport like in py_zipkin

Currently aiozipkin uses HTTP transport to send spans, I think it will be useful to implement sending spans with logging subsystems.
1) investigate how other clients employ logging subsystem (scribe?)
2) figure out how to do testing infrastructure
