pre-commit has been added to the GitHub Actions workflow in this repository. pre-commit allows you to run multiple checks, such as black and checking the REUSE licensing compliance, both locally and on GitHub Actions with one command.

You can run pre-commit locally with pre-commit run --all-files

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the Adafruit CircuitPython bundle.

To use in CPython, pip3 install adafruit-circuitpython-simpleio.

This now uses pwmio instead of pulseio which is available in CircuitPython 6.x and Blinka 6.0.1+ too. The simpleio API is the same.
