CDATA comments are not inserted at the correct tab level, but rather inserted at the beginning of the line.

Sure. After doing further testing, it looks like it is actually the first line after a script or style tag that is indented incorrectly.

It seems to be a know issue in Tidy-html5.
See htacg/tidy-html5#56 and htacg/tidy-html5#13

Since this script is just running the Tidy-html5 build, I can't do much at this time.
