500 returned with invalid body for PUT & POST workflows

Steps to reproduce

Please share a clear and concise description of the problem.

1. Try to add or edit a workflow using the /workflows endpoint
2. Add an invalid body

Expected behavior

A 400 and a helpful error message would be returned

Actual behavior

A 500 internal server error occurs
