Source code migration to PHP 5.3 features

Hi, @MarkBaker.

There is a strong desire (PHPOffice/PHPWord#58) to use namespaces and other PHP 5.3 features in PHPWord project. In the same time PHPExcel is the reference project for all other PHPOffice projects. So, it seems that PHP 5.3 support should be implemented in PHPExcel's source code first.

Could you please clarify current status of PHPExcel 2.0 version in which namespaces support was earlier planned?

What could you recommend to the PHPWord team?
a) Wait for PHP 5.3 features support in PHPExcel first.
b) Support PHP 5.3 features and don't wait for such activities in PHPExcel.
c) Other.

FYI. PhpWord is going to upgrade onto PHP 5.3 in the next release (0.9.0). So, the question is not actual anymore.
