Highlight $var in emacs julia-mode

It would be nice if $var can also be highlighted in julia-mode in emacs.

Might want to hold off on parsing special stuff in strings. Two reasons:

1. You (almost) have to embed a full Julia parser to get it right in all cases.
2. Prefixed strings like X"..." don't follow the same rules — the rules are defined in macros.
