The dppy/label/dev channel often runs out of space.

It would be useful to also have a cron-scheduled GH action to purge old artifacts from the channel.

@ZzEeKkAa Assigned this to you, but let me know if you do not have time for this.

Anaconda client anaconda does provide a way to find artifacts older than a certain value, which can then be removed using another anaconda command, or a sequence of commands.
