lack of keyword/ phrases highlighter through JavaScript instead of html class

Ideally, this is implemented by setting an array containing the phrases to be highlighted. In the case of this article, all words/ phrases pertaining to materials are to share the same text color; however, this formatting should not apply to materials inside the alerts.

Goal: Reduce the length of index.html
Optional: Add a toggle option that allows viewers to disable the materials highlighter.
