Remove jgrapht-core and jgapht-ext from report module

- Removed dependencies jgrapht-ext:1.3.0 and jgrapht-core:1.3.0 in the report module.  They were unneeded and jgrapht-ext creates a transitive dependency on org.tinyjee.jgraphx:jgraphx:3.4.1.3, which has a 9.8 CVE score - see CVE-2017-18197
