I think it's time to revisit this language to consider what scientific scope means. Does that graphic still hold true for us?
Could we create a similar graphic with more pyOpenSci packages as examples

moving pandas, pandera, astropy, sunpy etc

And do we need to be more specific about the scientific application of packages that we review?
