First public release of SQL Server Database Tuner (v2.13).

• Read-only T‑SQL script – no schema or data changes.
• Captures a point-in-time view of configuration, workload, indexes, stats, waits, and schema.
• Exports an LLM-ready performance and schema report (Markdown) for tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
• Tested on SQL Server 2017–2025 and Azure SQL Managed Instance.
