The Hackerling circuit is an Arduino shield designed and produced as the first thing Hacker Scouts will make. All the components should be easy to solder onto the board, and a Arduino sketch will be made that gets the scouts started.
This board contains lots of useful electronics that can be used to teach electrical concepts as well as be used in various projects. This circuit will become a common tool in the Hacker Scout arsenal.
The Hackerling Circuit has these cool components/features:
- 4 buttons
- a switch
- a pot with a knob
- a temperature sensor
- a LCD display
- a bargraph (10 LEDs)
- a 4-pole dip switch
- a buzzer
- 2 IR LEDs
- 1 IR reciever
- an accelerometer
- servo output header (three pin, standard servo config)
- LED tester (a 5v+resistor and gnd)
